Social Work Services

The VNA's licensed social workers assist patients in solving problems that may arise due to illness.

Our staff works with the patient and/or caregiver to help patients in resolving:

• Social problems
• Financial problems
• Transportation problems
• Home assistance needs

Our staff can recommend many community services available to patients free of charge, at a nominal cost or through insurance coverage.
